Mimi Kim

MD, Msc

Mimi graduated from Brown University with a B.Sc. in Biology and Dartmouth Medical School. She obtained her Pediatrics training at RUSH Medical Center and Pediatric Endocrinology training back at Brown – Hasbro Children’s Hospital. Mimi spent a year at the NIH Clinical Center doing clinical research in CAH, before joining Children’s Hospital Los Angeles Pediatric Endocrinology in 2009. She is the Co-Director of the CAH Comprehensive Care Clinic and enjoys providing a comprehensive program of care for patients and their families living with CAH.

Nicole Fraga

BS, Clinical Research Coordinator

Nicole graduated from Brown University in 2020 with a B.S. in Psychology. Her research interests include the intersection of behavior, neuroscience, and endocrinology in dietary decision making . As a research assistant, she enjoys continuously learning and interacting with other researchers. Nicole aspires to be a pediatric physician-scientist who works with underserved populations.

Sameer Ahmed

Clinical Research Assistant

Sameer is a junior at the University of Southern California pursuing his B.S. in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention with a concurrent M.S. in Global Medicine. As a clinical research assistant, Sameer enjoys working with our CAH patients and learning from other researchers. In the future, Sameer aspires to become a physician-scientist and work with underserved populations.

William Kim

BA, Clinical Research Assistant

William received his B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and is currently a postbaccalaureate student at the University of Southern California. When he’s not helping out with research inside the lab, he can be found on the golf course, at the gym, or at home spending time with his pet dog and family.
